WHAT WE DO
Hour long classes that consist of strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting.
General Class format is :
15 Minute Warm up/Stretching
10-25 Min WOD (workout of day)
Bootcamp is a fitness program that implements calisthenics, drills, obstacles, cardiovascular and muscle endurance, strength, and running. It is a great way to get in shape and meet new people while receiving social support. The benefits of Boot Camp are to decrease body fat, lose weight, meet new people while giving and receiving moral support, and building camaraderie with your peers. It also provides a challenge for self improvement.
